HARVEST: first days of September.
VINIFICATION: to macerate in steel barrel with temperature controlled.
AGEING: five months in steel barrel and two months in bottle.
– Colour is fairly intense straw yellow;
– Bouquet is delicate, fine and intense;
– Taste is delicate and harmonious.
PAIRINGS: every simple dishes.
DEGREE: 11,5-12% alc. vol.
TEMPERATURE OF SERVICE: 11-12°C
