VINIFICATION: cold maceration in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled.
AGEING: in stainless steel vats for five months and in bottles for two months.
– The colour is straw-yellow, with greenish strains.
– It has complex seductive delicate scent of flowers like broom and camomile and light sensations of fresh fruit aromas.
– The taste is dry and harmonious with a pleasant acidulous strain giving freshness and persistence.
