TASTING NOTES
Color In the glass it is very pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Odor The aromatic contribution of malvasia is evident on the nose with floral notes of orange blossom and exotic fruit.
Taste In the mouth is instead the flavor given by Vermentino that characterizes it while Trebbiano contributes to the body and structure.
Pairings The flavor and freshness make it the ideal wine for aperitifs and to accompany any type of cheese. The pairing with fish is also interesting
