VINIFICATION: steel barrel, 5-6 days of fermentations with temperature controlled (28-32°C)
AGEING: in stainless steel vats for six months, a passage in oak barrel and in bottles for six months.
– Presents an intense colour with tonalities of ruby with light touches of garnet.
– Delicate scent of flower and fruit, strains of wild berries like strawberries, raspberries and bilberries on a pleasantly spicy base.
– It has dry and decisive taste, balanced in tannin and delicately bitter stains.
PAIRINGS: meat dishes, game, ripe cheese.
DEGREE: 13-14% alc.vol.
