ALTITUDE: from 300-350 meters
DATE OF HARVEST: middle of October
VINIFICATION: 10-12 days fermentation and about 10-12 days of skin maceration
AGEING: 24 months in different sizes oak barrels and more then 4 months of bottle refining
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Sangiovese

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
COLOR: ruby red colour with slight garnet hues
NOSE: intense, soft and spicy
PALATE: dry with a great structure, aromatic with a long persistence
AGES WELL FOR: 10-15 years
