Tasting characteristics
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. The great structure and body of this wine are the typical expression of the territory of Bolgheri.
Smelling the varietal notes of the cabernet sauvignon emerge in harmony the fruity and warmer merlot’s scent.
Matches
It is a perfect wine for elaborated dishes like game first course and stewed meat, but it is also able to accompany the intense smell blue cheese.
